I always loved the idea of having a comprehensive chamber music festival in my hometown of Glastonbury, CT. Connecticut Chamber Music Fest brings world-class artists to perform and work with our students, giving them the chance to develop their talents, make new connections, and take advantage of valuable performance opportunities.

  • The festival will take place in Glastonbury, CT from July 17-19, 2025 at SS Isidore and Maria Parish (St. Paul’s Church. 2577 Main Street, Glastonbury, CT.

  • The festival is open to intermediate and advanced violinists, violists, and cellists of all ages.

    Whether you are looking to get a head start on your Eastern Region/All State audition rep, expand your knowledge of string quartet playing, or improve your technique and music-making, we’ve got you covered!

  • Included in the cost of tuition ($600.00 for the full 3-day session) are the following:

    1) Private Lessons with a faculty member

    2) Daily chamber music lessons with a faculty member

    3) Rehearsal time with your individual group

    4) Performance in the student recital

    5) Participation in masterclasses and opportunities to watch faculty recitals (as scheduling and space allows).

  • The students will perform in the student recital, and they will have the opportunity to perform in masterclasses with faculty and guest artists.

  • Each day, please come prepared with you instrument, sheet music, pencils, and a music stand.

  • Please fill out our application form

    Applications are due by July 1, but space is limited, so we encourage early submissions.
